Home Again

Hi everyone! Sorry that it has been so long since I have updated, however I am home again. My last two weeks in Florida were very busy with my family coming to visit and then having Mike and his brother come to drive me home.

We stayed at All-Star Music Resort, Coronado Springs Resort, and the Beach Club Resort in my last week alone! We didn't want to leave, but we did. We took 2 days to drive home and arrived on the 16th. It took about 21 hours or so to drive from Orlando to Rhode Island. No tickets this time!

I will be back in Florida in January to work a seasonal shift or two and I will be living in Florida once again beginning in May.

If you are reading this blog because you are interested in the College Program or Professional Internships, please let me know if you have any questions! I am happy to help.

I just received my first Campus Rep email and I look forward to spreading the word about Disney Internships to everyone on my campus!

  1. Hi! I was so excited when I stumbled across your blog! I am planning on applying for the Disney College Program next year and am excited to see someone who has had lots of experience and love it so much!
I just got a job with my local Disney Store hoping to get my foot in the door somehow.
    Any advice?

  2. That's great! I really wanted to work at my local Disney store but unfortunately it closed :-( Anyway, I am still involved with Disney as a Campus Rep for the College Program and I love it! When you apply for the CP and have your interview, be enthusiastic and let them know how excited you are! Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any specific questions!

  3. Will do! Thanks so much! And Congrats on your wedding! How exciting to have a Disney Wedding!! I'm at a community college right now then transferring after next year (majoring in business management) so do you know if they prefer any big universities over others or anything like that?

  4. No they do not. They will accept students of any major from any University or College as long as you are enrolled in at least one course when you apply. They aren't even strict about GPA!
